Sombra can get inside and contest and is almost impossible to kill. She just puts her translocator in front of the payload and waits for it to be on top.
Saw it on Rialto maybe other maps.

She can also get inside walls in King’s Row but I do not know how to execute this glitch.

Small tip if this happens to you again:
You can pull Sombra out of the Payload with Orisa’s or Zarya’s Grav.
There are a ton of Bugs and even more game breaking exploits then this on Sombra I listed them here:

Orisa couldn’t pull her out…had to wait untill hanzo ult was alive.
Also just report player for abusing a bug.

Its possible but not in every direction your best option is to go into a private game and go into the payload yourself and look where Sombra gets blocked and where not and aim for that direction when pulling her out.
On rialto for example you can always pull her through the roof of the payload.

It’s annoying that it still is not fixed.
Hopefully Blizzard will fix this soon!
Its fixed on PTR Translocator gets now destroyed when the payload drives over it.
