you say that now but they would make sombra more dangerous, even with limited stealth (on a timer) she would be significantly more powerful at hunting down squishies and spawn camping
the hack mechanic is the only reason sombra’s dmg is so mid, if you have decent movement or can get into cover quickly the sombra will do no dmg to you and you’ll survive
but you remove hack and that sombras kit is reworked to the point that she pops out of stealth and before you can react you are already dead (to be clear, i mean good players not the bad ones that complain about current sombra.)
for me personally id actually like the more dangerous version of sombra and would actively play her if she played like that
but i know that playstyle would make you people even more mad
this is very much a “be careful what you wish for” situation.
