Is anyone else having a problem with Sombra’s hacking abilities? I hacked a Cassidy and he used his ultimate right after I hacked him! I also hack other players and they still use their abilities like I’m doing nothing.

Yeah i have that problem too. I hacked a D.Va but she just turned around and used her shield and rockets to kill me. Even watching the death cam i saw that it said she was hacked.
Is this for Ow2?
If so thats not a bug.
Sombra has been reworked. Her hack now only locks their abilities for ONE second. The rest of the hack she gets increased damage to whoever she hacked. The hack lasts 8 seconds total, but their abilities are only stopped for one of those.
