Hack stops all other passive ect Lucio wallride, Genji double jump and pharrahs jetpack… So I guess what im asking is WHY THE F*** can brig heal thru hack…

It disables passives that are activated by pressing a button, outside of primary fire
It doesn’t affect Mercy Regeneration (passive self healing), Moira’s self healing, Reaper’s Reaping (self healing), Genji’s dash reset (although he still needs to wait for the hack to end so he can use it), Sombra’s Opportunist (detection of anamies in low hp), Junkrat’s Total Mayhem, etc.
