She’s been around 18 months in which many of us have had a lot of practice, there wasn’t a fantastical change in her kit or play style that we shouldn’t be able to see where we are.
This week in GM she is the third most picked offensive hero with the highest winrate of the offensive heroes (not by much though).
She doesn’t need a buff imo. Her skill floor seems to be very high.

Really though, Sombra most definitely does not need even more buffs. Whether or not she’s OP is an entirely separate argument, but Blizzard should not give her even more power.
Same thing happened last round of buffs, GM players were a little slow to dump her as they were more persistent with trying to work this “high skill floor”, every other rank however seems to have abandoned her already.
You should watch Kephriis stream, he picked her up and plays a sick Sombra.
I’m sure he could make Mei look good. That’s hardly a data point.
She needs to be rewarded with environmental kills on hacked heroes that could have survived otherwise (pharah, lucio, winston, etc)
Not a buff, just a killfeed notification and kill acknowledgement
Eh, she’s no longer trash against slim characters and gets to hack enemies more. Hack is also no longer shrugged off by powerful passives.
I think she’s all right now, a challenging but rewarding character.
Also keep in mind that while it’s true that hack only levels the playing field, players clearly don’t find it fun. It’s like if you were to overly buff Spamrat or Mei freeze. Sure they solve the issue of “the only good counter to Tracer is a better Tracer”, but the truth is that two Tracers have more fun (no pun intended).

Her pick rate continues to nosedive. I stand by my opening post, she needs more buffs, not nerfs.

Sombra is very good now, definitely not in need of more buffs. She is good, but is not easy mode, and that is fine. She provides great utility, and when you begin to master her she is a game changing hero.
Aaand she’s getting nerfed (unofficial information to the pros).
Source? I mean, what would be the point? She demonstrably isn’t having any sort of impact in mixing up the meta, because no one at any level is using her, again.
