LFG is for try hards and sweaty nerds.

Ah solo queue and LFG (if you get an organized group of 6 strangers) are pretty even win % chances, however the quality of wins and losses is dramatically different .

I think that’s the key point you failed to make but deep down really wanted to.

For quick games if you don’t have much time , play solo. It’s basically a coin toss stream roll. LFG are tighter longer games and to most , way more satisfying and fun.

its for circle jerk babies that want a safe space

Except if you solo-queue you’re primarily playing against other solo-queues so like… I’m confused? Someone has to win right?

Often times I’ll have a 2 stack on my team, but so will the enemy team. In the very rare occasion I’ll have 2 2 stacks and the enemy will only have one or vice versa… but it’s consistent regardless.

It’s actually easier to climb solo than it is to climb in a 6 stack…

And you never have to wonder or worry about whether your friends that queue with you are holding you back.

You think bringing 2 accounts into Diamond is some kind of solo queue achievement? Yikes.

To the standards of most people in Gold/Plat, they probably consider it to be. (Personally I’d say high masters is, but that’s me)

I just won both my solo queue games in comp but ok

Tbh. I got 2 accounts SoloQ into masters after struggling for a while with groups.
Also deranked again playing in groups.
While games in groups are usually a lot more fun you have to wait like 20 minutes to get a decent group. (People that actually main their role or at least are flex and have a decent amount of time on them and dont have like 1 hour total on support wanting to play support)
Having to wait for everyone to open their profile, joining voice, etc…

And then after waiting like 20 mins for a group and 10 mins for queue half the group leaves after 1 game even if it was an easy win.

12 solo queuers wind up distributed between two teams in a single match…

both teams lose?

edit - maybe change your approach? Solo queue is inherently more volatile than pre-formed groups. You might need to become more comfortable flexing to flesh out your team composition and/or counters. You will, unless you are significantly more skilled than your current rank, need to play many more games to minimize the variance that comes along with solo queuing.

Hey, can we get this as daily pop-up message when one clicks on the comp queue? I know at least 10 million people who need to learn this.

I have solo queued for the last 3 seasons. I have lost, I have won, I have even had draws.

I have made friends.
I have had fun times.
I have had leavers.
I have seen leavers.

Solo queue is not great but you will not derank.
