This was also observed and mentioned in the General Discussion forums, where numerous folks have noticed the OWL away/white skin for Sojourn is missing.
The white/away and grey/home Sojourn skins were patched in on Jan 24 and the white/away Sojourn skin was patched out with the Season 4/April 11 patch.
