I don’t think Mercy is done. Leaving her in this state is lazy and unjust. She’s unfun and bland.
So much constructive feedback was left in the pinned thread; with very few responses from Blizzard. I’m not even sure half those comments were read.
Mercy needs some more fine tuning, not for balance… but because she’s a shell of her former self. Leaving res on a 30s cycle is a boring and indolent approach. Make it earnable, make it feel impactful. Do something to make Mercy FUN! This rework was somewhat successful, but a lot of the hard work put into it was lost with the last nerf. Mercy doesn’t feel like the dynamic hero she once was; she doesn’t need an absurd power level, just make her satisfying to play.
