Yes, it’s a shame, but if they didn’t we’d still have this meta, as much as Reinhardt is dominating, it’s really nice to see Rein/Zarya a bunch again, I’m really enjoying playing healer with it.
It’s one of my favourite tank combinations, as well as Orisa (because she damage boost my coalescence hahahahaa)
I love playing DVA, but I dislike having one on my team if I’m playing Moira asthey will fly away from me constantly LOL 
Lol i agree OP, going back and forth on buffs and nerfs is VERY annoying. Makes them look like they don’t know what they are doing. It is embarrassing to buff then nerf 2 weeks later. It’s laughable.
I was in the minority that loved goats, just cause it was more my playstyle.
The only metas I hated were dive and a little bit of double shield but I was fine with them being meta.
With the supports, I wish Brig could go back to her old playstyle but knowing this forum and community it won’t happen.

it actually hurt that Moira being a BRAWLER was considered a throw pick for a brawl comp just because Zen was better… Yet Moira was meta for one of the most boring MEta’s ever to exist, makes me so sad lmao. just stand behind 2 shields and press Q zzzzzzz
I don’t want to overreact, but this makes me sad. It’s a buff to all other tanks, especially the offtanks/everyone not rein. I dislike playing with and against orisa sigma and ball.
I would be more surprised if Moira players weren’t getting flamed for picking her.
At least you didn’t get insulted by just picking Brig… Sure was fun being labled as a ‘brainless’ support player or ‘LUL you just want easy SR!!’. That’s with also pointing out mistakes they did against me.
I think they have no idea how to balance her and are kind of throwing darts at the wall at this point. I love them, but they have to understand how much D.Va’s rollercoaster ride over the last years makes her mains hate this game. Considering how many tank mains were D.Va mains or onetricks, it has had an effect on queue times that I think they’ve massively underestimated. The nerf itsef is not so bad, but she needed a compensation buff because her speed is all that covered for her garbage state.
Well not at the time, but since a certain youtuber/streamer made some tweets about Damage orb… 
And the dislike for Brigitte was was so bad they even harass the voice actor, it was awful!
Even before the complains, non meta heroes were getting flamed and false reported for throwing. With that said, the damage orb from Moira wasn’t a problem.

Sniper are pretty much out of OWL meta.
Mcree being better than Widow and Hanzo is pretty odd.
Nerfing DVa by a tiny bit could bring sniper back and open the meta in general.
Remeber when the forum got floodedby doom mains when they nerfed his uppercut? And funny enough as they are dps the nerf got a bit reverted, funny how that works

Dva didn’t become meta because mei was meta. Mei has been meta for months. Dva became meta because of the increased mobility of her 3 second booster buff. You clearly aren’t paying attention.
I dunno. It looks like she’s only just recently been on the rise to me. Her pickrate rise seems to coincide with Doomfist’s fall.
3s boosters was fun while it lasted but it sucked to play against. No point in having escape cooldowns like Fade and Grapple if they only save you for 3 seconds when D.VA rushes you again.
Every hero should have counterplay windows where you can punish them for using an ability poorly before they have it again. 3s was too short, especially when D.VA could start the CD in the air, fall, and have boosters again by the time she landed.
That’s a shame because Dva is really fun to play.
But you can’t nerf Rein! You can’t!!!

She did. D.Va was already used on some maps back before Sigma was released, in Bunker, for the same reason.
Then Double Barrier came, and Sigma could do D.Va’s job, and even more.
Then there’s a 6 month gap with no OWL meta.
