Hopefully McCree, just because he needed a rework from day 1. No idea how this “kit” got past the beta. Reaper, because he needed one for years at this point. It was okay at first, but power creep is creepier than Reaper. After that Bastion, they have been ignoring that poor sod for probably longer, but he is sort of lame, so I put him lower on my list. Mercy needs the Symmetra treatment of another rework just to work. Lastly… Symmetra needs another rework too. Lul. They are pretty bad at this whole “design” thing.
