Seagull’s complained about a lot of heroes in the past yet nothing changed. He’s ranted about balance issues in the ptr only for them to go live. He complained about Winston+Dva as the reason dive was meta for so long. His opinions were ignored, just like yours.
Regardless, recent nerfs are undoubtedly a result of Seagull saying what’s not fun.
