So what are the forums biases?

have you never fired her healing?

if you put the crosshair on them and fire it’ll chase them but you dont have to do that. you can just sit their aiming in the general direction of a tank for instance and heal them.

and yes all projectiles are big…but kiriko’s is bigger. kiriko’s kunai is darn close to as big as mercy’s pistol.

outside of a meme play most people would never realistically use it to boop someone. but it got removed because it, heals, cleanses, renders you intangiable ect

the arguement is that she has to choose between either using it on the enemy team or using on her team. kiriko cant suzu the enemy team so all she has to do is hold it until something is either about to die or has a debuff she can cleanse.

this is why kiri’s can old suzu forever against a JQ thats waiting to ult.

kiriko’s movement ability isnt a skill shot, her suzu is primarly used at close range and on the ground so its not a skill shot. baps lamp has a very wide aoe so its not a skill shot and baps regen burst is an aoe around him so thats not a skill shot.

the only bias is yours.

i play these heroes and i can tell you upfront if i want to carry a match ill swap off ana and go bap and kill everyone because hes so over tuned in comparison.

yes ana’s anti is really strong because we have so much healing but she cant headshot, she cant render herself or anyone invulnerable and its easy to miss with her abilities where as you cant miss a bap lamp, you cant miss regen burst. and you cant make a mistake on who to use his abilities on because you can just use all of your CDs on yourself and get insane value.

you have a very heavy bias towards your mains and it shows

My bias is towards the skinniest and thiccest heroes.

This is why I like D.Va, because she is a string bean inside of a chonk bean.

Far from perfect, and getting farther every day

Except it is the exact same, and honestly “harder” for Kiri to effectively heal at range.

If the cursor is on your target when you hit the button the heal should get there(except on Kiri they can still break LoS and cause the papers to not arrive due to travel time), and Ana can also hipfire in the tank’s general direction and have them move into it causing a miss to hit.

It was actually really good and a reliable way to kill Hogs chasing hook boops, at the expense of burning a key cooldown.

…and again, this isn’t an actual choice or strategy. You throw nade at the enemy frontline by default because the value there is immense, unless you are absolutely 100% forced to burn it on yourself. Antinade being able to do either is a huge benefit, and that doesn’t suddenly mean it’s weaker.

It’s as much as “skill shot” as Ana’s secondary.

You have a small window(before death) to turn and get your cursor over a teammate and click the button while gaining the advantage of an artificially enlarged ally hitbox.

…except Ana gets a scope so the target is twice as big.

…again how is landing a ranged Suzu on your frontline to save them not a skill, but landing an Anti into the same spot a skill? They have very similar cast time, travel timing and trajectory, and I’d argue the timing requirements for Suzu are MUCH tighter.

Either one of them take skill or none of them do.

…then why is Ana in every single match in GM?

If you consider Lamp and the 0.85s of Suzu invulnerable, surely you’ll acknowledge that Nano + nade on your tank makes them every bit as invulnerable, for longer and not limited to a small circle.

…and yes, you can short or mistime a Suzu or Lamp.

Pot meet kettle… and you’re wrong, but you should be used to that by now.

I spend 90% of my time on Sombra, Kiri nerfs would enormously benefit me personally, as she completely shuts down my main. Less Kiri in matches, and a worse Suzu would make Sombra significantly stronger and more impactful.

I’m arguing for Kiri because I’m bored at work, I enjoy discussing Overwatch, and I think gutting underperforming characters because their abilities are “annoying” or bloated is a ignorant balance take only championed by people who lack the foresight to see the endless cycle this creates and acknowledgement that the complaints won’t ever stop until all uniqueness is removed.

…well that or people who don’t actually care about balance and just want the game to cater to themselves.

I hate supports so damn much.

Thats a biased opinion

Thats ok, if you dont like this its a biased opinion that you have. Theres nothing inherently wrong with something not being a skill shot

More like people who can look further than their own role and what impact some stupid suggestions would have. I see more people that have just an unrealistic view of how support should just roll over and die. There is a middle ground and most of the time, people dont try to push for some middle ground and start to ruin characters.

Do you mean the crying leavers that finally get punished for ruining others games more than 20% of the time?

Yes, people are always scared about the new thing. I think current Sombra is fine. People just need more time and need to realize that she is SUPPOSED to be deadly.

Agreed. I am in the same boat. OW2 is for me just a better game than OW1, that gets better and more stuff. But if you look into some other game forums, its always the same topics, so nothing dramatic that you would not see anywhere else.
