Although I will say one of the weaknesses of AAA game deving is that its hard for art departments to understand good code and visa versa. I’m sure Aaron doesn’t know as much about optimization as he lets on. An indie dev has to be a one man band, and you catch issues earlier as a result.

Instead of writing an optimized script and sending it off to other departments, I notice and can immeadiately change it without the and time wasting.
