Unless those viewers are computer programs, then no, that is not my understanding of the EULA.

well when you have pro teams using and advocating the use of such tools, it complicates things, and itâs easy to see why some people might think that theyâre OK to use on these grounds alone
not everything is so cut and dry.
I just got an email about a âfactâ that i used an unauthorized 3rd party app, while i was logged in my account such as Pursuit or Visor. Is this a joke?
I have not played Ow for a month and a half!! And I do not know anything about these apps. This is just disturbing.
Visor was an unknown. People didnât know if it was hacking or not and was asking Blizzard. Blizzard made their stance but instabanning people IMO would have been a super bad move. The warning allowing any user to know it is now officially against the rules to just uninstall it. If they keep using it then theyâll get banned.
