As I said, again, Mercy got a rework because Blizzard was being pressured by investors to keep OWL from getting stale, because literally every game chat kept spamming stuff like “Mercy Zen ResidentSleeper” over and over. Did you just not read what I said?
They are catering to Mercy players by giving them a new hero which takes no skill to play and is still the best hero in the game right now, with the highest healing of any support.
And the patch literally came out today, OWL hasn’t played on the new patch yet and probably won’t until stage 2 is over.
Moira is literally Mercy’s replacement in the form of a new no aim, no brain, pick or lose hero. And it’s all because she’s the only support who gets a free get out of jail ticket from Sombra. Every other support is screwed if Sombra hacks them, Moira can throw an orb Sombra’s way and not even worry about Sombra, and just keep healing or damaging whoever she pleases, because she won’t get hacked.
Ana? Hacked and dead.
Zen? Hacked and dead.
Lucio? Hacked and dead.
Mercy? Hacked and dead.
Moira? Throw an orb and keep doing the highest healing per second in the game, or just flank their zen and ana and fade back to your team after getting picks.
