Nope sadly, you cannot use accounts accross platforms 
if you want to play the game on pc you have to buy a copy of it and lvl it out again, you can’t even keep your skins and other unlocks. You can however, link the accounts, which lets your friends from pc see when you’re playing on console or vice versa
