It’s fun but I feel bad for people on console, it’s a nightmare to aim. They really need to sort out making it easier for a console player to aim, it’s in the best interest of both console and PC players.

Could you not just use a VPN?
I know it’s extra work than simply changing your region, but the option does still exist.
yeah, I know this option exists, but the problem is, many games such as maplestory that I play forbid the use of VPN and will ban you, and it’s not worth the risk to me, if I forgot about it and opened one of those games… I may get banned.

You could set up split tunneling. I’ve never used it myself because I just have always remembered to disable or switch my VPNs depending on what I’m doing, but I know it isn’t too complicated for most VPNs to simply make a list of allowed applications on the VPN, so you could literally never log into Maplestory with the VPN.
Yeah, it’s a strange choice. I hope they do add data center selection in the future though. Most games have that for a reason.
Sorry also forgot to say trhat I refuse to pay for a VPN, and free VPNs come with a lot of risks

You can bring it up on ps4 on the main menu by pressing L3
Hate it and I love overwatch. Serious lagging and disadvantage. I dislike the chat and now it’s just on my home screen with random talks. Can also be toxic and it’s why I’ve avoided pc. I just wish they would make the cross play optional

As a PC player it depends… very rough if its a few pc/console lobby vs all PC.
I was watching a dva player struggle to look up, but they understood the game for the most part!

the “soft region unlock” is really bad, korean smurf every game
That’s gonna happen for a while as we relearn how to aim and control our heroes with the modified control system we’re being forced to play with, but we’ll figure it out.
Also, the game doesn’t have any way for us to save different control presets, so we have to manually change all our sensitivity sliders when swapping back and forth from pc servers to console servers. Sometimes we’ll pick a hero we haven’t adjusted the sliders for yet and it’ll look like that Dva did to you in game, like we’re looking around too slowly until we can get in spawn and fix it.
There’s a lot of trial and error right now as we figure out what’s comfortable and what isn’t in terms of movement.
I personally don’t like it. It feels weird and strange knowing that I’m playing with people from another console brand or from a PC.

3 matches was enough for me to uninstall and say no more. I’ve been playing other titles today and this has been the first time in ages I’ve not spent more than an hour on the game in ages.
Kinda sad to be honest. But Life goes on I guess! I just didn’t find it all that pleasant or enjoyable anymore!
