as i already told you in this other topic, it’s a mistake to mix the IRL political/religious reality with the one described in overwatch, in its sci-fi context.
it seems to me like literally creating a problem that no one is asking on such a non-specific basis. 
I don’t think that being Egyptian automatically means being Muslim as a religious choice, maybe I’m remembering incorrectly on what is said on pharah.
that faith and sexual orientation have political/religious conflicts is another issue that you are raising, not the game.
