To make people play at the end of the season , if you want more people in comp what about you fix the mm so I stop to play vs higher ranks and finally punish the smurfs? 
I mean we can’t wait the end of all these matches as is useless to even try vs em

If you aren’t climbing then it probably isn’t smurfs but more turn the mirror on yourself and look at your own play.
The game isn’t full of smurfs like you think, you’re just getting targetted because you’re the weak link. Unless you’re queuing wide matches you’re playing against equal skill level within 1-2 divisions.
But until you fix the mentality of “It’s everyone else not me” you’ll neever climb.

There is always something to fix.
Whether it’s positioning, aim, learning counters, learning routes. There is always something to fix even at GM. Again your mentality is the thing holding you back.
