You get one every 13 secs for grapple shots and is actually a bad strat if the enemy has a widow or runs dive.
I would agree with with her being op at 200 hp due to all four.
But at 175 hp seems fair.
Also agree she is a frustrating hero to play against if the enemy is good with her.
