The issue people have is them doing it in ranked. On a new account if they throw all 10 placements, they can place in bronze. Then they can climb through all the ranks while stomping people. If they get high enough that they are not having fun stomping anymore, they can just throw a bunch of games to get back to a lower rank. People have an issue with it because they are playing at a rank below their own. Not many people complain about someone with an alternative account that they play in the same rank as their main. Like how many streamers have 3+ accounts, thats not an issue.
