When the Toybot skin Zenyatta is displayed in the hero selection screen, for about the first second, the movement is not smooth, as if the frame rate is slowing down.

Sorry to necro this, but the issue is still present. It’s as if the skin animation was played at 30 FPS rather than being rendered in engine (which for me is around 300 FPS) like all other skins for all other characters. Will this be fixed?
