I have noticed since the most recent patch update or start of the season that I am missing skins obtained through the loot boxes i.e. Cardboard Bastion, Reaper. Phoenix Echo, Celestial Juno. All these skins were equipped before. Can anyone help with this or experienced the same issue?

I’m missing skins as well. Black Cat Illari and Night Ops Sojourn are the ones I’ve noticed so far. I’ve been missing the Sojourn skin for months but the Black Cat illari skin comes and goes every couple patches. Doesn’t even show in the gallery as an option for either skin.
I won back lost skins in lootboxes that i already have in purchase history that i bought months or even a year ago they went missing right before loot boxes got launched but if you go back to Novembers report and summer multiple skins got missing or never returned for many many players like whole November is almost only reports about skins missing for mei rein bastion LW mercy kirriko was the most missing ones especially event or collab skins gone missing have you tried using a filter i noticed most skins are hidden on default when looking at the list i had to click filter>owned to be able to see all skons i own or dont own some are completely gone for purchase in not owned tab but are available in no filter
Have you had any update? I’ve also noticed 4 skins missing from my account so far.

I put in a ticket with customer service and they said they could see that I had purchased the skins, however they have no ability to replace them. Only the devs can do that. And apparently the only way to reach the Devs is by posting in this Bug Forum. Such poor customer service! For many of us, these items were purchased with real money, only for them to be taken away. What incentive do we have to purchase anything else in the future because of this bug?
