Hello, I sent a ticket regarding this but the person who replied to me told me to submit an in-game bug report. Hopefully this is the right place.
I play Overwatch in PS4 and in the Anniversary Event I bought, with my tokens, the Venus skin for Moira. Which I used a lot since I am main Moira (golden weapons and all) - so I’m 1000% sure I had it, and the tokens were discounted.
After the cross-play update came, I noticed I no longer have the Venus Moira skin, nor the tokens I used to get it.
Sad times. 
I would love to know how I can get this fixed, and if someone can check my bug. I’m Rach-chan in PS4, battletag Rach#11228
