Same with Reinhardt, some characters are so restricted in terms of skin potential. Like seriously, what is the point of wearing more clothing over armor? Even his Gridironhardt skin has him wearing foorball gear over his normal armor and then the most ridiculous thing of all… a helmet over another helmet. WHAT?

Tell that to Mercy or Reaper or a bunch of other heroes, whose silhouettes change drastically on some skins.
It’s a non-argument nowadays. Especially for Pharah, she has a very unique walk animation and is also the only hero who can fly.

Not really. No matter what Reaper wear coat(only exception is his Orgins skin) and hold double shotguns. Everytime you look at mess on point you can say “yup that is Reaper”
Same with Mercy - no matter what she have wings, staff long cloth covering her front and back side and headgear.
Skins dont change shillouettes. Heroes are always distingushable from one another.
Dishonest to leave the new base skins off of there (I know you didn’t create it). I agree with leaving skins like nano cola, pink, and the Genji/Tracer promo skins though, since they were a one time thing. Genji and D.Va are doing alright imo.
As for Moira, she is still pretty new, just over a year and she’s gotten 2.5, so I’m not seeing where she is being neglected either.
Do agree on Winston and Orisa though.
Recolours != the value of 2 skins.
Mei’s Summer Games skin is under the wrong column.
D.va is not doing that badly. Have to remember she got black cat (which is one of her best skins) and nano cola. Those are not shown on the list. Also, pretty much all her skins are always quite hight quality ones.
Orisa and Winston need some love. So does Moira and suprisingly Genji. 
Biased opinion, but Sombra needs a new legendary with her shawed side. Talon would have been her best skin, if they did not completely drop the ball on hair and makeup.
I don’t know what are you talking about when you said Moira needs more skins.
She debuted with Blizzcon 2017. 2 Event Legendaries in ~ 15 months is quite decent.
Reinhardt had to put up with 1 Event Legendary (Wujing) since the start of Overwatch until Summer Games 18 - 1 Event Legendary in ~ 27 months.
Honestly it is their game, but i highly doubt they sit around saying “i love McCree” or “i love Torb” so lets give them another skin.
It is subject though. Orisa has 2 of my favourite skins in the whole game.
McCree has quite a lot of Skins, but I wouldn’t ever consider spending coins on any of them.
However, I do agree that Pharah’s skins lack variety

I disagree, D.Va’s skins are trash. Palanquin is literally a recolour of her classic skin. Cruiser is a car. She already has a police car and two junker-style mechs made of car parts. Get some imagination! And Black Cat, while not an event skin, is also Legendary that is a recolour of her classic skin. Her jet ski skin is decent I guess (and the only one I don’t have unlocked. ;_; ) But it’s still based on a mundane vehicle. Can’t they think of something cooler?
It is a mech that moves, what besides a vehicle could it be? I want something new too, but I don’t think they can really expand much on it
For starters, I just want a cooler looking, more badass mech, like her legendary skins in Heroes of the Storm. Then, she should have a mech based on the Thor from Starcraft. Might as well give her the deathwing from HotS too.

It’s because of her character model. There isn’t much freedom to give her anything casual.
