“Six leavers, One game” = What 80% of the games in QP were before the penalty was increased.
Now those games are like 10% or less. So yeah, you are welcome OP.

This is why they give you 2 free leaves in 20 and another 2 where you only get 2 minutes ban. Even if you NEED another 2 (up to 6 now in 20) then you only get 10 mins for those.
If you need more than 6 leaves in 20 games then you are doing something wrong! Even if you need more than 4 and go above the 2 min ban you are obviously preferring the leave than stick out games for some other reason than toxicity.

its quick play not comp i can get behind bans in comp but quickplay shouldnt have leaver bans or at least not be as harsh as they are no other game is like this blizzard just wants to punish people because some people do not want to put up with thair bs

I don’t leave games, but I can understand why people do, what’s even the point? I haven’t had a fair and balanced OW2 game in a long time. Every game is always a stomp in one direction. You’re either spawn killing people, or getting spawn killed. There is no in-between.

even tho its qp eeality is there are a lot of griefers who will join games with alts and then leave just so they can smash the other team.
often though it backfires because the replacement will sometimes completely turn the game around and reality is if you join with a group blizz will probably match against suckers they’ve picked for your entertainment anyway 
i think he means the penalties are so insignificant they aren’t having any effect on the leavers so they aren’t a deterrent so people who want to play are still penalised because their games have leavers.
