They tailored her kit and health specifically around the weakness of not being able to heal on her own so that is a step in the wrong direction Imo.

Not being meta for once is not the same as being weak.
Call me crazy but I think making her more consistent would require a buff. You canāt really make someone more consistent without changing them hence buffing them.

You might call it a nerf but i find that its more of a revision of the buff that actually balanced it. A nerf would be more like what happend to junkrat with his explosion radius being brought down without having a buff for it recently. But that might just be my strange way of looking at things
by consistent i mean fixing the fact that her hack can go through walls for a small amount of time
She doesnāt need a buff. Sheās just not meta currently. Sheāll be fine. Let her rest.
Brig just tears her up so hard, if sheās on top of you there is nothing that you can do but die.
I Just joined the game so I canāt give any solid insight, but it does feel that dva is could use some small buffs as itās very hard to charge her ult.

Genjiās smaller deflect hitbox isnāt a nerf! itās just a revision to his old hitbox!
Sombra wasnāt nerfed, they just revised Hack!
Mercy 2.0 wasnāt a massive buff, it was just a revision of her kit!

Just because a hero isnāt meta-relevant, doesnāt necessarily mean they need a nerf. Reinhart was relevant back in the tank meta, and as far as memory serves me heās never been nerfed.
Please no, D.va has been meta for so long. Basically every iteration of her was very oppressive. Iām so happy Iām not seeing her in every game. But the downside is that this meta also hurts other heroes too like Hog etc so they canāt be played as much :/.
She isnāt actually weak, sheās as strong as before, just Briggite along with the meta she brought enables other heroes that feed off dva for ult charge. Same with Hog. Iāve picked up Zarya this season and I am very happy when I see a D.va/ Hog on the enemy team as it means I can get my grav in no time.
Give d.vaās boop more radius. I wanna send a group flying backwards coming at them full speed. Itās a pain in the butt just sending one person flying backwards with a solid boop hit combo.
