Let’s see:
Bad balance + Lop sided matchmaking = People leaving one sided matches
I am shocked! As others have said, some sort of incentive will not solve this. People are not going to waste their time if they are not having fun. Fix the balance and look at making the matchmaking more balanced. People will stay. People leaving is a symptom of bad gameplay.
