As a lifelong Genji hater, Sierra is the most stupid braindead thing I have ever witnessed in this game, that’s it. Anran wasn’t enough, the devs needed a even more braindead hero to just press buttons to win.

She’s dominating games in masters. That’s as far as I can attest to. If you don’t 2 tap her as hitscan, you’re already dead. If you peek her on tank, you’re already dead.
Coordination is the key, but how often do we see coordination in solo queue?

She has a 48% winrate in masters. She’s a noob stomper. Her winrate is higher in lower elos and dives off a cliff the higher you go.

She’s not a noob stomper. Every single hero in the game is a noob stomper. She’s a hero that abuses teams that lack coordination. She takes no mechanical skill, has about 200 effective rounds, her own personal kitsune rush, incredible mobility, skinny hitbox, screen and audio clutter, a grenade if you happen to avoid her gaze, and usually a mercy pocket.
I saw a gm player say she was great before they even buffed her. He said she was basically a tank farming demon. I unfortunately know this to be true from personal experience. If only I played dva.
Oh yeah and her ult also insta kills everyone of course.

Objectively and statistically… yes she is.
Again you can have your own personal views and describe a heroes kit as if that showcases they’re broken (it’s 2026, we ain’t goin for that) but… statistically.
Her winrate in low elo? Up.
Winrate as soon as you step into masters? Down.
Winrate as soon as you step into GM? Pits of hell.

A worse widow grapple is now the threshold for “incredible mobility” I guess.
Mercy being a hero in the game isn’t a Sierra problem.
And I’ve seen plenty say she’s trash.
Really only if you’re on a hero with no mobility. Which even then if you’re towards the back of the ult you can simply walk out of it because it blows from the front first.
Genuinely, I’ve died to her ult once and it was because I accidentally flew into it as it went off.

Her grapple is better than widows. You serious? Up, down, any direction, backwards, around a corner, multiple uses… hello? You gonna try and say widows is better because it goes a little higher or something?
As for gm players saying she’s bad… yeah? Obviously? I never disputed her lack of value in gm+… obviously. I said one single gm said something nobody else was, and that was when she was even worse than she is now. What does this mean? It means that gm player understood how to get value out of a new hero in a way that other gm players weren’t.

These types think you are always at fault against bs characters, they are never deemed too easy, too cheesy, spammable abilities, NO! It’s all your fault. Anran doesn’t take half your life by just running around, just learn how to aim. Vendetta needs to be close to take value, ignore all her movement abilities, it’s your bad positioning. Genji jumping at your face and pressing E? Just wait his deflect to end, ignore the possible dash he might use. You’re to blame and the poor snowflake is always more clever than you.

Generally speaking, auto-aim on a cooldown or as a core part of a hero’s kit tends to not be good design. Whether the guy is gold or grandmaster is irrelevant.

Yes that’s if you hit the tracking dart. And if you get hit by tracking dart… simple duck behind cover.

They have the same cooldown. The drone gets destroyed near instantly against sentient humans so you can only ever use it passively as a repositioning tool, a.k.a like a widow grapple. Which = widow grapple is just better.
Or maybe it means that the one singular GM player is the actual outlier? And what he says doesn’t match with what everyone else says?
