Yes he should. His kit is far too forgiving for what it allows him to do.
Not a huge brigitte-scale’esq nerf but enough to give him counterplay.
One thing I can imagine happening is that the double jump animation is either removed(he can still double jump, he just doesn’t flip anymore) or have the player’s camera flip with him.
