It doesn’t counter. It helps surviving, but if you add a lot more damage on top of those 2 ult combos you’re gonna get at least a few kills.
Or they can use their brain and increase the ultimate cost to match his new damage/ charge speed. nerfing naked blade will only make him rely more on nano than anything.

If you had stalked my profile correctly, than you would have witness that these pretty old hours on here, I haven’t played her like months ago (and I was most likely a bit drunk in qp when I did 
), but ok… even than… this is a strawman-argument than… also akso I never ever said that I am a skillfull player… but Gengu mains allways state out that gengu require so much, much skill… but even I got on my what… like 4-6 minutes on gengu in the arcade a 3k in a normal blade… so ok. Can we stop pretending Genji is some oppressed species? He got straight buffs which will make blade come faster.
You complain he’s a blade bot but when he gets kit buffs to take him away from that you still want him to have blade bot potential.
Then you’ll still use the excuse he’s a blade bot.
Genji mains are pretty open to want him actually be a broken carry hero.

The thing with this is that nano is not an issue in combo with anything else. The synergy with blade is just that much better as it bypasses pretty much all tank abilities and even allows him to kill through trance.
Look if the buffs do go through he will need compensation nerfs and the only thing that can be nerfed is his ult.
On live servers he is an ult bot because his ult is exceptionally good especially with Ana. And lots of the time is free team wipes.
A consistent kit would require a less impactful ult.
I personally would prefer compensation nerfs removing all his passive buffs when he Ults such as increased walking speed and the dash reset. I’ve personally always believed he should have already been in position or an awkward angle to begin with and not rely on that dash reset he gets when he presses Q

Ok so blade doing that much less would be pointless except like what you said… nano blade which it has gone over is easy to counter literally every tank ult except Orisa and dva counter it, thats not including support. But back to the ult thing if EVERYTHING on that experimental went through then increasing his ult meter needing from what im thinking 5 - 10% more would fix your issue. However I dont think it would even be needed either because blade is such an average ultimate it would make genji possibly C+ or maybe even B tier instead of C/C-.
Killing through trans is either a lucky situation or the Genji knows how Trans ticks healing out, but it is a problem with:
Doom, reaper, tracer, Brig, Rein, Charged Zarya(above 50 charge which is common), BOB, Mei or Hog can stall a point ridiculously long, Charged Sym which is uncommon as hell but still. Nano is a problem ult because of how well it enables chars
None of these are as big win conditions as nano blade.
You havent seen me or my friend get nanod then. I can cause as much havoc with nearly any of these consistently more so than blade most of the time because well genji is so reliant on it that it has become very expected that people become ready unlike any of the others so theywork most of the time but there is something in common with most of these 1 single tank ult counters NEARLY ALL OF THEM
I didn’t point those out exactly because both require insane amounts of brain/mechanical skill to work.
There is no way to “stalk correctly” because the profile doesn’t show WHEN you played those heroes and also doesn’t record the hours you have on them in competitive of all time (it just records the season hours)
You think just cause you get 3k on ARCADE (most of the casual fanbase is literally there) it makes you a godlike Genji? we say he takes skill, but that doesn’t mean you need to be OWL player to be able to get kills as Genji. I got a Widow 4k hs in a row back in 2017 when i started playing but that doesn’t mean shes easy nor that i’m good.

Sure, if:
Trans, Beat and Nade efficiency are reduced by 30-40% and
Mei Reaper Brig DF and Bastion HPs are reduced by 10%

Never said that I’m a godlike gengu… I specifically pointed out that I by no means a good Gengu at all and still had no problems to use his ult somehow “correctly”.
