Since I bought the game I’ve been playing in NA servers cause they are the closest to me, I’m from Costa Rica, on those servers I got a latency of 120ms, but since a few days I’ve been sending to Brazilians servers and my latency is going to the roof (220ms), I need to know how to be connected to NA agian. This is annoying my gaming experience.
It sounds like something changed with your ISP’s routing table, and it could be permanent or temporary – only they would know. You might be able to connect to the NA servers by using a VPN. Blizzard won’t give you official support on your connection when using a VPN, but it’s not against the rules to use one.

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider
I’d recommend to contact your Internet Service Provider about this issue, show them that WinMTR pointing to hop 5. Seems to be an issue with routing.
Thank you.
