Server Crashes After Player Swap

Swapping players causes server to overload with garbage that does not go away whenever a player is swapped, and remains overloaded after all players have left.

I created a test server which demonstrates the issue. It only contains 2 rules and is the bare minimum script to run the test.

The test can be replicated manually, if you wish.

Please do not remain silent on this issue. Workshop is fundamentally unusable because of this issue, and in more complex games crashes can happen after only 1 or 2 swaps. This is an egregious issue that needs to be fixed. Thanks for your time.
