Remember that last year NYXL went mostly undefeated through the entire season (except stage 4, where a player (Ark?) confirmed in an interview they were not giving it their all), and dropped out from the playoffs in the semifinals against the 6th seed.
Remember also last year that during stage 3, Boston had a perfect 10-0 score and lost to NYXL at the stage 3 finals.
Plenty of teams in traditional and e-sports fluke at the playoffs. Titans is a very strong team, but past results don’t guarantee future results. They will choke sometime, and it might happen in a match that is not affect the grand scheme of things, or it may happens in the finals and preventing them from winning the championship title. We don’t know.
