Profit is a Tracer one trick, he’s far weaker on any other character. FITS has consistency problems.
That made zero sense that Charge didn’t get that.

Profit hard carried Blizzard World…FITS cannot get consistent to save his life…and the rest of the players are trying to shut down whoever is on Widow/Ashe duty for the Charge.
