Did it make Tanks too hard to kill?

Its not S9 but S11 which made Tank harder to kill.

In S9, Tanks actually melted and people got mad.

Damage Role Passive

• Now only half as effective against Tank heroes (10% healing reduction).

Developer Comment: With Tank heroes being the frontline, they have this healing reduction effect nearly all of the time and are generally the most reliant on incoming healing to support them as well. The damage role passive is providing an important function to game overall, but its effect on tanks survivability and pace of gameplay is more impactful relative to the other roles. As such, we are reducing its potency against Tank heroes.

As a main Support, S9 is my favorite season cause for once its was clear and easy to know when to switch between healing and damaging stances.

Since S11, Supports have to heal tank because the DPS Passive is lowered. Yet, Supports only gain 45% ult charge when they do it… So you have to make a weird choice getting ultimate for impactful move or keep your tank alive but getting late for Ultimate counters/combos. And imo it kinda brings back the heal-botting situation.
