The front screen always says I have lootboxes, and when i’m about to leave a game while it’s ending the yellow “Open Lootbox” bar shows up, but when I enter the lootbox screen there is nothing. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
You’ve probably gained a non-event lootbox from the Role Queue Reward System.
Switch between lootbox types using the Prev or Next buttons at the bottom of the lootbox screen.
