I think Doomfist is honestly in a good spot, he has his maps, and his uses, and he can totally pop off. Plus, he’s one of the best heroes to swap to in an overtime situation, as landing his rollouts, or getting a oneshot punch is very valuable. And while he has a lot of counters, if those counters aren’t played, he can have great value.
Unfortunately, for a hero of his design, he’s currently in a good spot, because him being worth more then anything he is now, is very problematic… He’s one of the worst, (If not THE worst) heroes to play against design wise. No one likes being booped around at force, getting oneshot, or going against something highly mobile, and he does all three…
So the fact he’s not rage inducing as he could be, but still has niche valuable uses and situations, he’s fine.
