I’m in New Zealand and in both live and ptr there is massive rubberbanding and intense lag spikes after the second update today but i’m not sure if it might just be me as my internet has been playing up today.
Since this forum is for the live version and monitored by CS, you’ll probably get more traction with devs in the PTR forums.
The problem is with live as well.
Your issue might be related to this thread Aussie Servers are stuffed - #17 by akashra-1603 because of your location. Otherwise, I can take a look at your connection info with a WinMTR. Blizzard Support - Running WinMTR
