This is incredibly misleading. The wait time for dps in ranked is usually 10 min or higher. Secondly, you need to admit that most people rather play dps and don’t play other roles or don’t play them well, which means by statistics alone you will end up with a lot of lower-commitment level playing dps. Since more people play dps anyway, add the most unskilled people play dps… YES A LOT OF TIMES IT IS THE DPS FAULT the team loses. Ranked has become the new Quick Play. The most dps mains especially the quick play players when they play ranked they have zero teamwork. It’s not just that “nobody is dying” it’s that it is nearly impossible to find dps that will actually sit behind a shield or guard your back or your healers… etc. why? Because they are there to try to get POTG and that’s pretty much it.
If you want to fix this, SWITCH QUICK PLAY BACK TO THE OLD CLASSIC WAY, so these dps mains that DON’T EVEN WANT TO BE IN RANKED… will go back to that. Find some way to encourage people that DON’T LIKE COMPETITION to go back to quick play. I hear way too often “look man it’s just a game i’m just here to have fun” great… in ranked you should be there to win. That’s what being “competitive” means.
