Honestly he needs that rework they promised like 3 or 4 months ago… Cause lets face it RH as he is can’t be balanced. His entire weight is pushed into his hook kill combo. Without it he’s a joke, with it he’s very unfun to play against and had almost no real counter play.
After the buff with 5v5 RH ability to not die is insane, if he could still hook and instantly kill people it would be a nightmare.
