Dear Diary,
Another person thought my face was a mask today. I know I’m not conventionally attractive, but this feels like a little much. I wish I could find just person who doesn’t recoil in terror at the sight of my naturally cartilaginous visage. I don’t expect them to be good looking, either, just as long as they can love me back. But maybe that’s asking a little too much.

His face has been shown on several occasions as he was literally a founding member of Overwatch. At no point in time have they stated that he “lost his face.” The only time his current face has even been mentioned is in the one comic where his masked was knocked off and Ana gasped when she saw it.
In the absolute worst case, he’s been disfigured by the explosion, but he still has a face.
Isn’t he just a sentient fart at this point?
They have a skin with his mask off, its a piggy face. Its one of the older OW1 skins though.

Mmm you sure about that ? I looked at it and it doesn’t appear to be any way to tell where the mask begins and his face ends. It’s all one.
