thing is many mercy players knew she was getting a nerf eventually. people expected it to be her valk/rez or something. but not her hps. she literally had 60hps prework and she wasn’t even close to op (she just had the possibility for a really pesky annoying ult gameplay) but her hps was never a problem.
she was average sure but the buffs that led her to be “broken” in prework was the invul buff to her ult. the buff that made her a must pick was her entire rework. literally her hps was not the problem. nerf /rework her valk her cd rez id be okay with that but her hps was never a problem
