While your answer is valid please notice that other games are not crashing, except for Overwatch. I have an RTX 2080 FFS. Overwatch is the only game that is giving me this issue and I am not even overclocking my card.
Note that this is an issue with Nvidia’s driver profile for Overwatch. Even if something is happening with a particular game it doesn’t mean only the game us to blame instead of the graphics chip manufacturer. Other cards work just fine, so the blame also lies with NVidia for creating a line of graphics card which are prone to time out.
