It’s okay Genji is a useless hero now and serves 0 purpose thanks to Moira orb and Bap lamp, the Q may as well just be unbound from all Genji players’ keyboards.
35 damage per swing if Moira lands the skill orb on you, which we all know isn’t even hard to do but people on the forums seem to think it’s the hardest thing to do 
Useless, they may as well relegate Genji to being a PvE only option.
