Yup. East coast isnt connecting to a game server…

I was in game and everyone on the enemy team was stilll in it, and my team completely disconnected one by one. This was competitive high master/low gm

So can you tell my why we lost SR for the servers going down the first time???

For starters this is not directly the servers, but something affecting Blizzard’s network connection. (The rumors is a DDoS but there is no confirmation.) Penalties cannot be reveresed. The good news is that you can easily recover your lost SR because your SR and hidden MMR will be out alignment. Simply start to play more Competitive games (AFTER the network issues have resolved), and, win or lose, your SR will realign itself within a few games.

We’re currently investigating connectivity issues across our games. Please be advised that you should avoid competitive mode while we try to find the cause of the problem and resolve it. We’ll post updates here as we have them.

Whole team disconnected from a ranked game. 1 by 1 in 5-10 second intervals.

same. happened at the end of my comp game. 3 ppl got disconnected and then i did shortly after

Same on EU. It happened in ranked placement match. :scream:

Same did to me just now. 2 players from my team disconnected at the same time and then like 15 seconds after I did too.
If this is a server problem and not my internet I want a refund for the SR I lost for this game.

EDIT: Luckily it was my last placement game and it seems to not have counted it as a played game, like it never existed. Naisu!
