That’s the end of the sentence. Only those 3 were changed. Which is great, I suppose. I haven’t really been keeping my finger on the pulse of this season.

I’d really like to see them do something more creative with Widow besides just revert the projectile size.

Like those were the biggest issues. I’m sure other things should be changed, but for a small patch at least they hit the right heroes and there’s no random Sym nerf from left field or anything like that.

the widow change is something i thought they should have done right when they did the same to hanzo. good change.

This is a W patch. Small but mighty.
Although I wish they’d hit Widow harder as compensation for forcing us to deal with her for so long and leaving her un-changed.

Honestly glad it’s a tiny patch with only nerfs for the heroes I wanted, I was almost expecting a Sym/Genji nerf alongside the ever-important 25 HP/armor swap for Orisa

Here’s hoping the Widow scoped shot change makes her less oppressive. Now she’ll have to be more accurate.

sorry but thats just stupid. Leaving her unchanged is neither hers nor her players fault but the sole fault of the devs. Nerfing her into oblivion/more then needed is just unnecessary and absolutely unjustified if the only argument is “it took to long” and without the actual intend of balance.

Well, you’re operating under the assumption that I’m trying to be reasonable or use logic regarding her.
I am not. I am heavily biased against her. She could be deleted for all I care. After playing her for over 150 hours, I feel she doesn’t belong in the game and I’d love for her to be over-nerfed to the point that she’s useless.

Those changes do nothing, especially the Widow one. Soj was already killed with the last nerf in 99% of the games, so they just want to finish her off and Hazard is just fine. Back to Rivals.
Widow was a problem before the projectile size changes, so…
It’s better than nothing I guess?

nah its not you its just whining by players in general
relative to other heroes RECEIVING the same buff especially hit-scans she should keep it. still no one likes the sniper archetype with good reason since players have to strategize against if the player can hit shots
they rather widowmaker be a NON-FACTOR
reminds me of players whining about sombra, i just hate the direction of balance if all it takes is whining of “unfun” then by balance by ranking overall. still im not the balance dev and its not my game, maybe she should be nerfed for higher rankings but i rather have hero bans at that level then for her to be terrible at all rankings and only viable for the one percent
