I’m having a hard time seeing how this really changes anything interaction wise seeing as this only effects other Rein/Brig matchups. The characters that are good against GOATS are Doomfist, Sombra, and Pharah and this doesn’t really change any of her interactions with those characters. Sure, she can’t walk up and stun the enemy Rein who is holding shield, but they in turn can’t do the same to her team’s Rein. If a Rein is going up against a Rein/Brig comp without a Brig of their own, then then …

Why are you buffing Reinhardt, of all heroes?

He’s already a mandatory pick at most ranks, this is just going to reinforce it for everyone. Stopping Shield Bash, just makes him ridiculously overpowered; he’s strong enough already.

What about #nerfreinhardt

If Reinhardt is regarded as pretty much mandatory, he’s definitely overpowered. Bringing other tanks up to his level would just make those other tanks overpowered too.
