Reinhardt is not OP because he’s meta

Lucio has been meta like what? Every time? He only had a slight nerf to his speed.

The only reason Rein is meta at all is because sigma and Orisa had their overall character performance nerfed to stop their high synergy.

Lucio pickrate has variations throughout the ladder. He does not even heal that much for a support.
Rein pickrate is the highest of the entire game in every rank of the ladder, he’s a “must pick”.

Instead of nerfing Rein, as much so some forum users claim it to be, how should they buff them back into viability without that double barrier synergy?

I’m really curious about this one, many say it, but they seem clueless of how to not cause a double barrier meta again.
