Besides Orisa Sigma which for some reason is still heading strong.
Although I have seen some streamers play with Ball Winston, Ball Dva, Winston Dva, and win games as them.
If you ask me Steadfast should have been 25%, a perk of innate armor, included stun resistance as well and global knockback strength nerfed by 20 to 30%.
There’s far, far too much CC in this game.

I like how calling for as little as a 10% nerf to his knockback resistance is treated as demanding a full revert.

Um, main tanks create space, not be shield bots. Winston is the Main Tank in the Dive Comp.

Would 40% knockback resistance not still prevent that? I understand not wanting to be knocked all over the shop, but when you’re literally at the edge of Ilios Well paying no attention, full on asking for it, and cant be booped in except MAYBE, maybe with the hardest of boops, something’s wrong.
Ah yes Winston has a shield comparable to Rein and Orisa. 900 Hp shield means nothing when it’s huge and really easy to destroy. But no point in arguing. If you believe Shields are the only thing that determine a main tank then this is a lost cause.

900 hp is not easy to burn through unless the whole team commits. Its also the only 360 shield in the game.
If you believe Shields are the only thing that determine a main tank then this is a lost cause.
What makes a main tank is being able to block the most damage, which is a tank primary job; creating space is secondary, and the main job of an offtank.
Shields are vital for blocking large amounts of damage as the are frequently the only protection against otherwise unblockable damage, especially ults.
I feel like you don’t play Reinhardt honestly, feels like you don’t really know what pain it is to be booped, CC, punched like a sandbag and throw in the universe by all sorts of hazardous abilities.
There are advanatages to that KB resistance and disadvantages (e.g. easier to tap on Whole Hog, easier to burst down on Junkrat, etc.).

Lol at this thread. The real oppressive thing in this game, is the insane amount of cheap CC. Stunned stunned frozen Boop sleep. OP obviously never played Rein before this buff. If you did, you would know what is like to feel powerless in this game.
